Shipping Policy

•     Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the order date. During major sales or promotions, processing may take 7-10 business days.

      •     All U.S. orders ship via FedEx with receipt confirmation and insurance, and delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after processing.

      •     Orders shipped to a PO Box will be sent via USPS. Overnight shipping to a PO Box may take up to 2 business days.

      •     Overnight orders shipped on Friday will be delivered the following Monday (not Saturday).

      •     Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.

Please review this information carefully before placing your order. Continued Beauty Hair reserves the right to adjust the shipping method to a comparable service. Shipping fees may vary from the carrier’s actual rate, and all shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping Delays

In rare cases, carrier delays or acts of nature may impact delivery times. Continued Beauty Hair is not responsible for such delays, and refunds or chargebacks will not be issued for these circumstances.

Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable or returned to sender, this is often due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Reasons may include:

      •     Incorrect or missing details (e.g., apartment/building/suite number).

      •     The address does not exist or was misspelled.

      •     The recipient moved or refused the package.

      •     The carrier was unable to safely deliver after at least one attempt.

 

In these cases:

      •     Returned packages will incur a $35 restocking fee and the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.

      •     Store credit will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card minus shipping costs and restocking fees.

 

We cannot reship returned packages. Instead, use the E-Gift Card to place a new order with the correct address. Please note:

      •     We cannot guarantee items will be in stock or priced the same at the time of reorder.

Order Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all relevant details, such as abbreviations, street numbers, apartment/building numbers, and route information. We cannot make changes to an order once it is submitted.

 

Important: Continued Beauty Hair is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or delivered incorrectly due to address errors.

 

All returned packages and return-to-sender shipments will incur a $35 restocking fee. Thank you for your understanding.

Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the total purchase price of the products or services. We are not liable for:

      •     Product unavailability after purchase.

      •     Additional damages or third-party claims beyond what’s outlined here.

      •     La dirección no existe o está mal escrita.
